The Department of Leadership and American Studies immerses students in the study of leadership, American life, history and culture from an interdisciplinary perspective, and helps you develop the knowledge, skills and attitude to participate meaningfully in the leadership process and apply this knowledge in thoughtful ways in and out of the classroom.
Our department is also an integral part of the President’s Leadership Program, an education experience that empowers students to recognize their leadership potential and develop personal and social responsibility for the betterment of self and society.
