Eval 4 Information
Annual evaluation for all University faculty occurs each fall semester per the Eval-1AR schedule determined by the Provost's office. All evaluation forms pertaining to the annual evaluation can be found on the Provost’s web site.
Scheduled review for probationary faculty (2-4-6 year reviews) and those seeking promotion to full professor will need to carefully consider the standards set forth in the University Eval4 document as well as those found in each discrete Departmental Eval4.

Evaluation time tables vary slightly from year to year. The Provost office publishes the Evaluation timing each academic year in the Eval-1-R.
