Come out for a great afternoon of NCAA Division III football! Bring the whole family to POMOCO Stadium and cheer the CNU Captains on to victory over Shenandoah University. Enjoy the incredibly talented Marching Captains, the Silver Storm dance team and our nationally ranked cheerleaders as they provide the spirit and inspiration! When is the registration deadline?
Registration for the weekend will open in the Summer of 2013. You may register on campus Friday, September 20 or Saturday, September 21.

Can I register over the phone?
We are not able to take registrations over the phone.

What does the registration fee cover?
The fee covers all general admission events, costs associated with online registration and the event operation such as publications, maps, schedules, postage, and special event staffing.

When will I get the confirmation of my registration?
As soon as you complete the online registration process, you will be prompted to print your confirmation.

We registered for Family Weekend, but now we can not attend. Can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be issued for this event.

When can I pick up my Family Weekend Packet?
Packets will be available for pick up between 2 and 6 p.m. on Friday, September 20 in the Trible Library Rotunda. Your student may pick up your packet for you as long as he / she has a valid student ID. Packets are also available on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on the second floor of the DSU.

Will the packet contain my football and other event tickets?
No. If you purchased football tickets you were given the option of printing your tickets at home or picking them up at "Will Call." If you purchased tickets for a concert or theater performance, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ferguson Center Ticket Office. Your student may pick up these tickets for you as long as he/she has a valid student ID. Any other "paid" events will check your attendance at the door.

In what section will we be sitting during the Family Weekend football game?
Tickets are general admission bleacher section or north end zone. If you prefer a chair back seat or a seat in the reserved bleachers, you may call the Freeman Center box office directly at (757) 594-7880.

Can I purchase just football tickets and not attend any other Family Weekend events?
Yes, you can, but you must contact the Freeman Center box office directly at (757) 594- 7880.

Where can we park during Family Weekend?
Parking is open during this weekend, but we can not guarantee parking spaces on main campus.

Where can we stay when in the area? Which hotels are closest?
Check our list of area hotels. Each listing indicates the distance to campus. Many of the hotels sell out quickly, so we encourage you to make your reservations early. 

When should we plan to arrive? Do families stay the entire weekend?
While events do start on Friday, the majority of the activities occurring on Saturday. We encourage you to come on Friday to enjoy all the events we have to offer, but how long you stay is up to you.

What happens if it rains?
The show must go on! Those events scheduled in outdoor locations will most likely have alternate locations. The football game takes place rain or shine in POMOCO Stadium.

What is the attire for the Family Weekend events?
Casual attire is appropriate for all the festivities. We strongly encourage you to show your CNU pride by wearing blue and white, especially to the football game. CNU attire is available at the The Captain's Locker located in the David Student Union.
