If you would like your contribution to go specifically to Dr. Phil's Million Dollar Challenge for the Children, or the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Fund please indicate your preference on the memo line of your check, and also on the envelope.

If, at any time, the charities or charitable programs that the donor designates on their contributions become obsolete, go out of business, become suspect of wrongdoing, are or become highly controversial, or otherwise significantly change in operation or mission, the Dr. Phil Foundation may redirect the designated contribution to other qualifying charities. The Dr. Phil Foundation will endeavor to follow the donor's wishes but maintains variance power to ultimately dispose of the funds as the Foundation deems fit. By making a designated contribution, the donor explicitly grants this variance power to the Dr. Phil Foundation.
