Eric Musselwhite: One of the things that I actually love most about being here at CNU is that I have a lot of freedom to engage students in this thing called jazz improvisation. Especially, in that, people that you run into all over the world - musicians - say, "I can't play jazz." Even classical, professional musicians, "I can't play jazz.. I could never do that." When, in fact, that's my goal. I believe that there is nobody that can outlearn the language of jazz improvisation. It's a passion of mine that I get to share. I'm very grateful that a chance t do that here.
