CNU Among Kiplinger's 'Best Values in Public Colleges'

(Newport News, Va.) - cnuChristopher Newport University is once again among the top 100 best values in public colleges and universities in the nation, according to Kiplinger's Personal Finance. The publication ranked CNU at no. 84 for in-state students and 56 for out-of-state students.

Kiplinger's 2014 annual report looked at factors such as a school's total cost per year and average debt at graduation. The top schools were chosen among nearly 600 higher education institutions. To view the rankings, visit the college page on kiplinger.com.

A four-year public university in Newport News, Virginia, Christopher Newport University enrolls 5,000 students in rigorous academic programs in the liberal arts and sciences through the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Natural and Behavioral Sciences, and the College of Social Sciences, including the Luter School of Business.
