Teaching
My primary teaching areas include Business Statistics, Data Analytics, Software Applications for Business, Transportation Logistics, Management Science, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.
Research
My primary research interests include the application of operations research techniques to model and solve logistics planning problems arising in the humanitarian and supply chain sectors. I am also interested in applying simulation techniques to complex systems.
Biography
I joined the faculty of the Joseph W. Luter, III School of Business at Christopher Newport University in August 2020. Prior to joining Christopher Newport University, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Engineering Management Program at the University of Houston - Clear Lake between August 2016 and August 2020. I received a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. I earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
