Mathematics and Mathematical thinking and learning.
Research
His research focuses on the learning and teaching of mathematics; specifically on student thinking and learning in differential equations. In addition to this, he is also interested in the implementation of inquiry-oriented mathematics and its connections to student learning.
Biography
George Kuster earned a B.S in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from St. Joseph's College, and both an M.S. in Mathematics and a Ph.D in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
