Film appreciation and education efforts 1915-1960, censorship, cinematic depictions of waste and reuse, modernist theories of composition and reception and their impact upon disciplinary formation.

Dr. Nichols is Associate Professor of English, Director of Film Studies, and Director of the Center for Effective Teaching.
