Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor registration now open until October 22, 2018 or until all tables are filled.
Participation is on a first‐come, first‐serve basis. To represent a wide range of commodities, we reserve the right to limit vendors in certain commodity areas.
Each space includes one six (6’) foot skirted table and two chairs, plus WiFi and complimentary continental breakfast.
Event Schedule
Vendor Set‐Up: 7:45 – 8:45 a.m.
Event: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Breakdown: 1 – 2 p.m.
Exhibitors must arrange for delivery and set‐up of their exhibits. Exhibitors will be granted access to the Ballroom on the morning of the SWaM Fair at 7:45 a.m. Any exhibitor not checked in by 8:45 a.m. on the morning of the fair will be considered a no‐show, and their table may be forfeited. Vendors should maintain your exhibit through the end of the event at 1 p.m. Exhibitor parking is located at the Ferguson Center Parking Deck.
Sponsorship Opportunities
- $1,000: Preferred table choice; most prominent name and logo placement featured on all SWaM Fair marketing and advertising in print and online
- $750: Prominent name and logo featured on all SWaM Fair marketing and advertising in print and online
- $500: SWaM Fair marketing and advertising in print and online
- $250: SWaM Fair marketing and advertising online
