The Intramural Manual has been revised as of Fall 2013! Be sure you review it! Some important sections include:  Sportsmanship and Team Captains...Be sure you KNOW about the intramural program before participating!


What exactly is a Free Agent? 

  • An individual that wants to play intramural sports, but does not have a team. 

Steps to signing up: 

  • Try your best to find or create an intramural team to play on...if no luck.. 
  • Fill-out the intramural FREE AGENT form. (Free Agent form is now Closed!)
  • The program assistant for the sport(s) you want to play will contact you 1 week after your sport(s) of interest captains meeting. 

Note:  If you find a team after filling out the form above, please contact us at intramurals@cnu.edu.  Indicate your name and that you have found a team.
