You are encouraged to include supporting documents you feel are appropriate.  Supporting documentation can include, but is not limited to: resumes, letters of support, newspaper articles, photographs, event descriptions/overviews and event announcements and reviews. Supporting documents can be sent electronically to osa@cnu.edu or dropped of in the Office of Student Activities (DSU 330).  For supporting documentation, please include the 1) award title, 2) the person/organization being nominated, 3) your name, and 4) a contact email/phone #.
