Applications for the Fall 2014

Women & Leadership Cohort Available Soon

The Women in Leadership Program is a six-week program that explores the role feminity plays on a leader's ability to relate, communicate, mediate and lead.  Special attention will be given to socially constructed ideas of womanhood and how they affect how women interact and engage with others.

The program will approach concepts from a current events perspective, using real life examples and events in the news to illustrate key challenges, expectations and assumptions faced by female leaders.

Participants in the program will experience:

  • Weekly conversations on current topics affecting women leaders
  • A cohort model with peers from across campus
  • Real-life examples and tips for implementation
  • An end of program celebration

  • Program completion Certificate

Women in Leadership is open to all students. Join us!
