The Center for Academic Success offers workshops, seminars and one-on-one assistance to students who wish to improve their academic performance with effective study strategies.

Start Smart - The Center for Academic Success staff teams up with University Fellows to help students develop an Action Plan for the term.  Students can work one-on-one to develop a Semester Overview Calendar, a Weekly Time Management Plan, or create a personalized system designed to balance academics with a social life!  This session is offered at the beginning of each term.

Lunch & Learn - Fuel Up and Focus! - Specific study techniques in 30 minutes or less!  Bring your lunch along with your current class notes or textbook and learn how to get the most out of your study time.

One Smart Cookie - Once a month our University Fellows for Student Success cruise the Trible Library handing out cookies, study tips, and advice on how to succeed here at CNU.

Individual Coaching Appointments - Are you frustrated with a specific course? Do you feel like you're putting in the time and effort but not getting the academic results you want? Is life interfering with your ability to be successful in your coursework?  Make an appointment to meet privately with a University Fellow for Student Success and get some personal coaching focused on your individual concerns. To make an appointment, contact the Center for Academic Success at 594-7684 or email us at academicsuccess@cnu.edu
