Our mission is to develop both the bodies and the minds of our student-athletes.
It is our goal to prepare our student-athletes to compete and excel on a national level while having a positive influence on their community. We provide opportunities for students to enhance their academic achievement by teaching life skills such as mental and physical discipline, goal setting, teamwork and problem solving. Our staff works closely with each sport’s coaching staff to develop an individualized, year-round program that prepares student-athletes to perform at their best. Finally, we are committed to realizing athletic potential while reducing the risk of injury. We stress injury-free participation as the student-athletes' training focuses on proper lifting, effective warm-ups, speed, power, agility, quickness, metabolic conditioning and motivation.
