On a cold winter’s night in rural New England, eighteen hearty locals and friends forego their skis, skates and snowmobiles for the prospect of love. The aurora borealis magically trembles through nine charming vignettes that are poignant, whimsical and unpredictable. Imaginary Almost’s local establishment touts “drinks are free if you’re sad,” but here in Almost hearts can be broken and mended overnight.
