Conference Registration
Conference registration includes attendance at all sessions and keynote speakers as well as breakfast, lunch, and coffee on both days.
Nonprofits and other similar organizations are able to request a table at our non-profit fair (Wednesday April 16, 4:30-6:30pm) when registering.

Accommodations
We have a group hotel rate available at the Newport News Marriott at Center Center. Rooms are $110 per night and should be booked by Friday, March 14, 2025.
Please note that the hotel is located about 3 miles from campus. Transportation is available via Uber, Lyft, or HRT bus line.
If cost is a barrier for attendance, please contact the conference organizers; a limited number of sponsorships are available.
