Wason Center Survey Lab


The Wason Center has the capability to conduct telephone, online, mail, and multi-mode surveys. Telephone-based surveys are conducted in the state-of-the-art survey research laboratory with 24 call stations, each equipped with the latest computer hardware and survey software. The lab uses the Voxco telephone survey software (CATI), a leading global provider of survey software.

The survey research lab is staffed by a director,  a student lab manager, and four student supervisors overseeing more than 100 student researchers. All student researchers are paid and trained in survey interviewing.
