Christopher Newport University’s Ferguson Center for the Arts celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. For two decades the Ferguson has welcomed nearly 3 million patrons and has been presenting the finest performances and cultural attractions available and has become an international force on the performing arts landscape. Our Ferguson contributors ensure that our stages our brought to life by some of the world's best performers and that our theaters are accessible and welcoming to all.

Arts for All
Less than 60% of our operating expenses are covered by ticket sales, so more than 40% of the programming we offer relies on private support and 100% of our Arts for All program is made possible because of Ferguson contributors - our wonderful program that allows us to bring our performances to all of our neighbors, especially for whom access to the arts is not easy.
