Poets&Quants for Undergrads Names Luter School a Best Undergraduate Business School

Comprehensive study ranks top 82 undergraduate business programs based on admissions standards, academic experience and employment outcomes.

Poets&Quants for Undergrads, an online publication for undergraduate business education news, has released its Best Undergraduate Business Schools 2017 rankings, placing Christopher Newport's Joseph W. Luter, III Business School at No. 53.

"This is a strong endorsement of our faculty, staff and alumni, and particularly of our terrific students," says Dr. George Ebbs, Dean of the Luter School of Business. "The care with which Poets&Quants developed and administered their methodology has been exceptional. We are delighted to have the Luter School ranked among the best undergraduate business programs in the nation."

Poets&Quants for Undergrads compiled their rankings based on a representative survey of 6,288 recent graduates and school-reported data. Students across the 82 schools were surveyed on aspects of admissions standards, academic experience, and employment placement.
