Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining student academic and educational records and interpreting academic policies, and federal and state regulations
  • Academic transcripts, grade reports, and enrollment verification and certification
  • Analyzing student progress toward degree requirements and certifying degree requirements are satisfied for degree conferral
  • Course registration
  • Developing and maintaining the schedule of classes
  • Interpreting the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
  • Providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities
  • Certifying students for educational benefits under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
