Cloth Face Coverings
Cloth face coverings reduce the spread of respiratory particles into the air when someone speaks, coughs or sneezes, and help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling in the air and onto other people.
General guidelines
Cloth face coverings must cover both the wearer’s nose and mouth to contain or reduce the spread of potentially infectious respiratory secretions at the source. Cloth face coverings are not intended to protect the wearer, but to stop the spread of COVID–19 from the wearer to others. Ideally, cloth face coverings are to be laundered after each use.

- Be worn outdoors during the change of classes and throughout campus when at least 6’ of physical distancing is not possible or difficult to maintain.
