Military personnel and dependents

If using benefits for the first time, please apply for your VA benefits online.

Apply for Benefits

Once approved for benefits, submit your Certificate of Eligibility to vetaffrs@cnu.edu.

Each semester you must submit a Veteran's Student Clearance Form. This form can be found in the learn more box on the left. Please complete and submit to vetaffrs@cnu.edu.

Transfer Student Benefits

Students who wish to transfer benefits from another school must complete the following:

  • Military personnel: Complete the request for change of program or place of training form (VA Form 22-1995) available online through the VA, and submit it to the Office of the Registrar or email vetaffrs@cnu.edu.
  • Military dependents: Complete the dependents request for change of program or place of training (VA Form 22-5495) available online through the VA, and submit it to the Office of the Registrar or email vetaffrs@cnu.edu.
