Hunter Smith

Hunter Smith is a senior from Mount Sidney, Virginia.  He is double-majoring in Political Science & Economics with a double minor in Environmental Studies & History.  Hunter is returning for his second year at the Wason Center, serving as Head Research Fellow.  In addition to his work with the center, he is conducting independent research with faculty of the Political Science Department at CNU.  He serves as treasurer for two organizations—Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society.  Additionally, he is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society.

Ashley Burgess

Ashley Burgess is a Junior majoring in Political Science and American Studies and minoring in Leadership Studies and Sociology.  She is also a part of the Honors Program, the President's Leadership Program, and the Pre-Law Scholars program.  Aside from her work with the Wason Center, Ashley is a student athlete on the Women's Volleyball team, and is a member of Phi Mu, the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, Student Assembly, and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity.

Jess Bowman is a Junior from Centreville, Virginia. She is majoring in Political Science and Economics. This is her first year working in the Wason Center.  She serves as Treasurer of Spectrum at CNU.
