Welcome to the James C. Windsor Office of Health and Counseling Services
CNU students seek our assistance for several reasons including high stress levels, loneliness, anxiety or depression, concerns about substance use, lack of concentration, poor eating habits, academic difficulties, difficulty adjusting to new surroundings, relationship problems, and a variety of other personal concerns. We realize that students need to have a safe and comfortable place to talk about their concerns, a place where they can be understood and respected, but also encouraged and challenged.
The Office of Counseling Services (OCS) provides a range of services to address the variety of needs students bring. Specifically, we offer individual and group counseling for students; consultation with students, faculty, staff, and parents; outreach programming; and crisis response for our campus community. We have developed these services to address the personal needs of students and the university community. OCS staff is a group of dedicated mental health professionals devoted to providing the highest quality of counseling services to the CNU community.
Feel free to contact us to make an appointment, to consult with any of our staff, or to gain any further information regarding any of our services.
