Biography

Mr. Futscher is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and joined the CNU ROTC program in August 2024. Over his 26 years of military service, Mr. Futscher deployed numerous time in support of operations overseas. Mr. Futscher has a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a Masters of Business Administration. He serves as the programs MS2 or second year ROTC Cadet instructor. He is also the operations contractor responsible for arranging and coordinating training for the Revolutionary Guard Battalion. Mr. Futscher lives in Williamsburg with his wife and 2 daughters.
