The inauguration ceremony is free and open to the public, but we do ask that you RSVP so that we know how many guests to plan for.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on the Great Lawn.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Diamonstein Concert Hall in the Ferguson Center for the Arts.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Diamonstein Concert Hall at the Ferguson Center for the Arts. There will be overflow seating in the Peebles Theater Hall where the ceremony will be livestreamed.
All individuals participating in the processional (stage party, academic delegation, CNU faculty, and alumni delegation) must wear academic regalia.
We encourage attendees and guests to wear business attire as it is a formal ceremony. It may be pretty warm in August, so please keep temperature in mind when choosing your outfit for the day.
Yes. The livestream will begin at 9:40 a.m at cnu.edu/live.
There will be open parking on inauguration day with the exceptions of Lot B which is reserved for those with a valid Handicap placard, Lot M and Lot D.
Please be seated no later than 9:40 a.m.
The ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
