Group Exercise Classes
Fitness classes are a great way to complement your solo workout routine, learn some new techniques and meet new people. We offer numerous classes throughout the week to fit your schedule and help keep you fit the whole school year, including several types of yoga, spinning, lifting, Pilates, Zumba and more!

Starting September 15th, going through November 20th. Please note there are no fitness classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
