Rector Hatten said that the Board unanimously agreed that President Trible has done an outstanding job during the past year and has met every goal and even exceeded those goals. He said that he has contributed to the continuing reputation, excellence and strength of Christopher Newport. Rector Hatten said if the President was being graded like our students he would receive an A+ for a job well done for the past year. He thanked President Trible for his service and leadership and said the Board looks forward to continuing to work with him on new goals and expectations for the University -- a University, for all practical purposes, he is the father of.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
