Community Engagement

The Wason Center is committed to fostering dialogue that builds a civic community in which evidence-based decision-making, mutual respect and integrity prevail. We host numerous events on campus and around the Commonwealth to inform and inspire students and the community to engage in civic life.

• Peninsula Insiders’ Breakfast Series in partnership with the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce
• Eggs & Issues Conference in Richmond
• After Virginia Votes partnership with the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP)
• Numerous political candidate debates and forums throughout the year.
