Mid-Atlantic Leadership Review
The Mid-Atlantic Leadership Review (MALR) is an online, peer-reviewed, leadership studies journal of high-quality research articles written by CNU students and other undergraduates from around the country. MALR promotes undergraduate leadership development, and provides a forum for undergraduates, professors, collegiate staff and other leadership practitioners to publish their research and experiences.
Submissions co-authored with faculty members, or submissions written entirely by faculty members, graduate students or other leadership practitioners with a specific focus on undergraduate leadership studies issues are also welcome. Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review among the leadership studies faculty at CNU as well as the editorial staff of MALR.
MALR provides a great way for undergraduates to familiarize themselves with the publication process. Publishing in MALR is also ideal for students interested in building their resumes/CVs for use in job hunting or applying to graduate schools.
Please contact the Department of Leadership and American Studies for more information and submission guidelines.
